Matchatini Recipe

A refreshing alcohol-free matcha cocktail with bright citrus notes, a subtle touch of vanilla and a silky foam finish.

Ingredients

• 2–3g Ceremonial Matcha
• 30ml water (75–80°C)
• 10ml 11.11 Alcohol-Free Botanical Spirit
• 10ml fresh lime juice
• 10ml vanilla syrup
• 15ml egg white
• Ice cubes

Preparation

1. Whisk the matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy.
2. Add the matcha, 11.11, lime juice, vanilla syrup and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
3. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4. Add ice and shake again for 15–20 seconds.
5. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
