The Matcha Society is a fast-growing, high-end matcha store known for its ceremonial matcha, atmosphere, and minimalist design. We’ve created a concept that combines Japanese tradition with modern lifestyle — all in a to-go-friendly setting and a Society feeling and experience.

What are the Requirements?

- Experience in hospitality or café management (preferably 1+ years)
- Deep knowledge of matcha and a commitment to maintaining drink quality
- Organized & reliable — handles scheduling, orders, stock, and daily flow
- Customer-focused — solves issues smoothly and keeps the vibe intact
- Fluent in English, Dutch/German a plus depending on the location

What your job would look like:

- Open the shop with care: clean, prep tools, and set the tone.
- Whisk matcha with precision — smooth, frothy, no shortcuts.
- Make drinks exactly to recipe, from iced lattes to soft serve specials.
- Greet guests calmly, answer questions, and guide their choices.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and beautiful at all times.
